  By accessing or using our job management software you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

  Our Software provides tools for job management, including but not limited to quotes, expenses, sales, purchases, automation emails, and timesheets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Software at any time without notice.
• 3. User Accounts
  You must create an account to use certain features of the Software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• 4. Data Privacy
  We respect your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• 5. Use of the Software
  You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Software, including quotes, expenses, sales, purchases, emails, and timesheets.
• 6. Payments and Refunds
  If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges incurred on your account at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  The Software and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Field Servicer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• 8. Limitation of Liability
  In no event shall Field Servicer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
  (a) your use or inability to use the Software;
  (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Software;
  (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Software by any third party.
• 9. Governing Law
  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• 10. Changes to Terms
  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to access or use our Software after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
